🔊We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Demand (B2B, White-Label & Partner Platforms).

Join DiscoverCars.com and help us scale the world’s leading global car-rental marketplace. We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive our Demand domain - building the platforms and tools that power B2B growth: white-label experiences, links & widgets, partner integration through APIs and a management portal. You’ll turn commercial opportunities from airlines, airports, OTAs, affiliates and travel agencies into robust, scalable products that unlock bookings at scale, today and for years to come.

Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial, you will convert real partner needs into clear roadmaps and shipped outcomes with a laser focus on speed, quality, and measurable business impact.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the Demand Platform - Define and deliver the roadmap for white-label experiences, links & widgets, partner portals, and partner APIs, ensuring these components work as a coherent product suite across discovery, booking, post-booking, and reporting.
  • Accelerate Partner Success - Work closely with our B2B and affiliate teams to qualify opportunities, design solutions, and remove friction from onboarding.
  • Ship Outcomes, Not Features - Translate commercial goals into crisp product requirements and iterative releases. Manage prioritisation across multiple stakeholders while protecting focus on the most impactful deliverables.
  • Build the Foundations - Partner with engineering to design reliable, well-documented APIs and admin tools that enable rapid integration with new demand channels.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Establish KPIs and dashboards for demand channels (e.g., activated partners, bookings/day, revenue contribution, conversion, partner NPS, uptime). Use experiments and analyses to inform trade-offs and sequencing.
  • Partner & Internal Collaboration - Work with different organizational functions to manage dependencies and ensure compliant and scalable execution.

You will be a great asset for this role if you have these qualities:

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years in product management, at least 2 in a senior position, with experience in B2B platforms or partner-integrated products (APIs, portals, white-label, marketplaces, or payments).
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record translating pipeline and partner feedback into shippable product increments that move bookings, revenue, activation and time-to-value.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong priorities (backlog & roadmap) management and delivery in agile teams; adept at narrowing scope to ship, learn and iterate without losing sight of the end-state architecture.
  • Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with APIs, authentication, documentation, integration flows, and reporting pipelines; can partner closely with engineers to make pragmatic architectural choices.
  • Analytics First: Confident with metrics, experimentation and dashboards; can structure analyses, define KPIs and tell clear stories from data (SQL or similar is a plus).
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Clear written and verbal communication; able to align engineering, commercial, legal and finance partners around priorities and launch readiness.
  • Customer & Partner Empathy: Strong discovery skills with external partners and internal teams; ability to balance bespoke asks with a standardized, scalable product approach.

Nice to have:

  • Travel/Marketplace/B2B Experience: Exposure to airlines, airports, OTAs, affiliates, or agency models; understanding of booking flows and attribution/commission models.
  • Affiliate/Tracking Knowledge: Experience with links/widgets, tracking, attribution, and post-booking flows.
  • Documentation Mindset: Comfort producing partner-facing docs, API references, guides, and enablement materials.
  • International Products: Experience launching multi-market products, localization awareness, and sensitivity to regulatory nuances.
  • Coaching & Influence: Experience guiding squads or PM peers informally (without needing direct line management).

In return, we offer the following:

  • Competitive salary starting from €3500 gross.
  • 8 hours of paid self-development time each month, post-probation.
  • Work in an international, multicultural team of 38 nationalities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible working arrangements with preference for candidates in Riga, but open to remote work with periodic office visits.
  • Department-level team buildings and full-company events like our Winter Ball and Summer Festival.

For our colleagues at the Riga office:

  • Paid health insurance after a successful probation period.
  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy snacks are available every Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Dedicated relaxation spaces, including a yoga room, massage chair, and a cozy chill-out area with bean bags.
  • Fully equipped game rooms with air hockey, table football, board games, and chess.
  • Fully equipped kitchens stocked with unlimited tea, coffee, hot chocolate, syrups, and muesli for your breakfast.
  • A modern, well-maintained office just 10 minutes from Riga city center.
  • Shower facilities are available for those who cycle to work.
  • Festive masterclasses and office celebrations for Easter, Christmas, Midsummer, and other holidays.
  • Special recognition on every work anniversary.
  • Christmas gifts for you and your children.
  • Exclusive car rental rates for yourself, your family, and your friends.
