About Your New Employer

One of Irelands leading main contractors who have a large portfolio of work in the Dublin area for the next couple of years, mainly in the residential sector with a couple of €100 million euro projects about to come on stream. They have a number of commercial, industrial and data centre projects in Ireland and abroad. They are looking to add to their Building Services Team and are appointing a MEP Project Manager to one of the €100 million residential projects.

About Your New Job

As the MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, are installed as per spec and programme. You will lead a team of engineers and manage sub contractors contractors.

What Skills You Need

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of building services professionals.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for building services, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Project Management: Manage projects related to building services, including renovations, system upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality work and timely delivery.
