THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager who thrives in fast paced environments, gets excited about building systems, and knows how to turn chaos into structure and flow.

YOUR MISSION

Lead our supply chain, from raw material forecasting and purchasing, to final mile logistics.

WE WANT YOU TO

• Manage the supply chain, including logistics within and across multiple warehouses in the EU and UK.
• Own every link in the chain upstream and downstream and constantly find ways to make it faster, smarter, and leaner.
• You’re sharp in Excel, thrive on solving problems with data, and aren’t afraid of a pivot table.
• Build deep partnerships with logistics partners, manage stock across 18+ countries, and ensure fulfilment is always on point whether it’s a Sainsbury’s shelf, distributor or a Shopify order.
• Stay ready, markets change fast. Orders spike. Disruptions happen. You keep your cool and keep us moving.

WHO YOU ARE

• You’ve managed logistics in FMCG, ideally with beverage experience.
• You know the ins and outs of ambient product logistics management.
• You’ve worked in or with fast growth startups and you know what scrappy really means.
• You’re calm under pressure and thrive in organised chaos.
• You don’t just manage systems you build them.
• You’re a proactive problem solver, not a task collector.
• You want to do work that matters and you want ownership, not hand holding.

• Have experience managing EDI systems and ecommerce fulfilment.
• Have worked in a cross functional, entrepreneurial team.
• Can navigate both spreadsheets and warehouse floors with ease.

• Gross salary range: €3000-€5000 per month
• Bonus: subject to company performance
