What you'll do:
- Lead and manage project scope, schedule, and budget - ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction
- Act as the main point of contact for clients - building lasting partnerships, managing expectations, and understanding their business needs
- Lead your project team - ensuring delivery quality and supporting each member's growth and performance
- Identify risks early, propose solutions, and keep projects on track
- Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in software development or fintech.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Strong leadership skills: ability to build teams and a spirit of cooperation
- Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
- Great social, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Technical know-how is a definite plus
