Senior Project Manager Design and Construction Management (m/f/d)

What We Are Looking For

As Project Manager for Design and Construction Management, you will be responsible for our Greenfield Plant Project in Baisogala, Radviliškis region, and will take on tasks such as coordinating the individual construction phases and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure that the construction project is completed on time.

• Controlling the construction, maintenance and modernization of the plant in accordance with strategic group guidelines
• Responsibility for the success of the project in terms of costs, deadlines, quality and standards as well as participation in the conceptual and design implementation of space utilization
• Interface management with regards to the coordination and control of internal and external project participants, such as designers, construction managers, technical supervisors, specialist engineers, experts and service providers
• Contract management and acting as Client’s representative in contracts with Service and Works providers, subcontractors
• Procurement initiation, support, and participation during selection of the preferred tenderers
• Communication with clients and dialogue with subcontractors, third party representatives, incl. utility companies, etc.
• Coordination and consultation with various departments, such as the finance or legal department and calculation of the offer price in accordance with the calculation guidelines
• Project planning, progress reporting, risk management, variation management, issue logging and resolution, site visits, organizing and running professional meetings, and other tasks that support and ensure timely and sound project delivery
  
  
  

What Qualifications You Should Have

• Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration, economics or similar
• More than 5 years of professional experience in design and construction management as well as initial experience in contract management
• Proven experience in project management, certification an advantage
• Knowledge of implementing a large greenfield project desirable
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Good written and spoken English and Lithuanian
