We’re seeking a proactive and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our international business finance team in Vilnius. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, finance, and data analytics, and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights while working in a global organization. You will play a key role in supporting decision-making across departments, building Power BI models, and driving forecasting and performance tracking processes.

Location: Konstitucijos 21B, Vilnius, Lithuania

Working Model: Hybrid (after probation period)


What You’ll Do

  • Act as a bridge between Finance, Business, and Data Analytics teams.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI data models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and scenario modeling as well as the annual budgeting process.
  • Partner with PMO and project managers to ensure that business targets are achieved and capacity is utilized.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing and cost allocation in coordination with the Accounting team.
  • Contribute to reporting automation and process improvements.


What To Have For This Position

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or Business Controlling, ideally in the software sector.
  • Hands-on Power BI skills, especially in data modeling and DAX.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems (.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and cultures.
  • Fluent in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
