About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join a growing international organization in Utrecht.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting compensation and benefits processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to engagement and development initiatives across Europe and the Americas.
It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas and ownership will help shape the HR function and support the company’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
- Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and local labor laws.
- Support payroll coordination, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and engagement.
- Act as a Workday super user, supporting implementation and optimization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role within an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, compensation & benefits, and HR processes.
- Experience working with HR systems (ideally Workday).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Organized, communicative, and comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
