Junior HR Officer/Finance at S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée S.A.

Mission and objectives:


As a Junior Finance/HR Officer in our private bank, you will provide essential administrative support to both the Finance and Human Resources departments. This hybrid, part-time role is ideal for a junior candidate looking to gain valuable experience by assisting in the smooth operation of these key areas within the bank.


Duties and Responsibilities:



Human Resource (up to -40%):

  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files and documentation.
  • Document Preparation: Draft contracts, termination letters, work certificates, attestations, HR documents.
  • Employee Support: Address basic employee queries about policies and benefits.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Absence Management: Assist employees with time management tools and handle requests related to work hours, absences, vacations, and leave.
  • Payroll Assistance: Collect data for payroll and liaise with payroll services.
  • Insurance Administration: Handle administration for social insurance, accident insurance, pension fund (LPP), and maternity.
  • Support to HR Department Manager: Assist the HR department manager with various tasks as needed.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.



Finance & Accounting (up to - 40%):

  • Working on book-keeping of the Bank and Group entities
  • Managing and Scanning documents, provider invoices and payments
  • Administrative support to the Department


Profile:


Formal / Academic Education:

Bachelor’s degree or CFC in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field


Training and experience:

Ideally, the candidate will have completed internships in Finance and HR in a Bank or financial institution.

Fluent in French with good level in English. German/Italian are an asset.
