ABOUT THE ROLE

• Data analysis: Leverage data to generate actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions across business functions while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility
• Data modelling: Design and build performant and efficient data models for business users, other analysts and ML/AI topics
• Data quality: Implement solutions to improve and maintain data quality across available datasets
• Collaboration: Work closely with different teams (Finance, Product etc.) at Numa to understand their analytics needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Documentation & best practices: Maintain clear analysis documentation and best practices for Analytics
• Self-service BI: Enable stakeholders with intuitive dashboards, documentation and tools to independently access and explore data
• Ownership: Take ownership of the BI Infrastructure as a whole
  
  

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of experience working as an Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, Data Analyst or a similar role
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker) to build intuitive and insightful data stories
• Expert-level SQL and data modelling skills
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving data issues
• AI Enthusiast
• Experience with data orchestration and transformation tools like dbt, Airflow or similar
• Comfortable working with Git, APIs, Webhooks, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
