Location: Ljubljana (Hybrid - 2/3 day in office)
We’re working with a fast-growing international e-commerce group to hire a Meta Media Buyer. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives in data-driven environments and wants to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team delivering real impact across multiple European markets.
The Role
As a Meta Media Buyer, you’ll manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta platforms, driving growth, efficiency, and performance across several brands. You’ll use your analytical mindset and curiosity to uncover insights, test new ideas, and deliver strategies that convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns across multiple European markets.
- Analyse performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimise for ROI.
- Build and execute full-funnel campaign strategies (upper, mid, and lower funnel).
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and analytics teams to align on objectives and campaign direction.
- Test and refine audience targeting, ad structures, and creatives.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes and platform developments.
- Report clearly on campaign performance, learnings, and opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
- 1–2.5 years’ hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
- Experience working in e-commerce or digital-first businesses.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable sharing ideas and contributing in group discussions.
- Ideally holds Meta certifications in Media Buying or Media Planning.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or markets.
- Background in agency or in-house catalogue e-commerce performance marketing.
- Familiarity with ASC+ strategies and advanced catalogue management.
