Marosa is a leading FinTech company based in Vigo, specialising in tax technology. Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful and user-centric software.

We are looking for Fullstack Engineers (Mid-level, Senior) to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern web applications used by multinational clients.

What You Will Do:

• Work on the development and maintenance of robust web applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define and deliver impactful features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and participate in code reviews.
• Solve technical challenges from architecture through to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to improvements in engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and help strengthen our engineering culture.

What We Are Looking For:

• Professional experience building fullstack applications using Java and Angular.
• Understanding of REST APIs, scalable backend architecture, and modern front-end development practices.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, or cloud-native environments.
