We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer who’s curious, proactive, and excited to grow. If you enjoy solving problems, love working with data, and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.

As part of our Business Intelligence team, you’ll help turn raw data into clear, actionable insights, build reliable data systems, and support the company’s growth by automating and optimizing processes. You’ll also get a front-row seat to learn how the vacation rental industry works — from the inside.

• Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines.
• Manage ETL workflows using Airflow, SQL, and GCP tools (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run).
• Bring together data from multiple sources (CRMs, APIs, databases, SaaS platforms) into one reliable source of truth.
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance and cost.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across large-scale ETL processes.
• Help create reports and business insights that drive decisions.
• Automate manual workflows and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to algorithms and tools that improve customer retention.
• Work closely with managers and stakeholders to communicate findings and ideas.

Must have:

• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• A passion for learning and solving problems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset — setting goals, making suggestions, taking initiative.
• Good organization and time management.
• A collaborative, team-first attitude.
• High level of English and Spanish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with Airflow.
