Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams
- Conduct customer interviews, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for products
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and documentation teams to ensure successful delivery and launch of products
- Present product updates and strategic insights to stakeholders across the organization
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments
- Technical background or the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with data products, APIs, developer tools, or customer data platforms preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving user problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-first environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Preferred: familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, modern analytics stacks, SQL, and knowledge of privacy regulations and data governance
