As the Global Digital Product Owner for Max Monitoring (d/f/m), our iot-data-based, advanced analytics solutions for our customers, you will be e2e responsible for developing and scaling a digital solution that allows our customers to continuously monitor their units and have transparency about their performance.
- Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and own the vision, global roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle for Agile Solutions, with clear business-driven objectives.
- Delivery & Coordination: Drive delivery by coordinating developers, architects, designers, and regional teams to execute the roadmap.
- Success Metrics: Define KPIs such as digital sales, connected units, adoption, and conversion, and report progress regularly.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Lead stakeholder alignment across international teams, ensuring product decisions reflect both commercial and operational needs.
- UX/UI & Engineering: Collaborate closely with UX/UI and engineering to ensure high-impact user experiences and efficient, high-quality delivery.
- Product Discovery: Drive product discovery and validation through stakeholder interviews, lightweight experiments, and market feedback focused on business value.
- Rollout & Enablement: Prepare and support global rollouts, commercial packaging, and enablement for sales and service teams.Single Point of Contact: Act as the single product lead for escalations, roadmap communications, and strategic decisions related to Agile Solutions.
- Product Management Excellence: 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years owning mobile applications or SaaS platforms. Proven track record of managing complete product lifecycles from conception to market success, with measurable business impact.
- Technical & Mobile Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile app development, API ecosystems, and cloud-based platforms. Experience with IoT, content management systems, or real-time data processing is highly valuable. Comfortable working with technical teams and making architecture decisions.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across different regions and functions. Experience managing external development teams, contractors, and vendor relationships with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide product decisions and demonstrate business value. Comfortable with performance measurement, A/B testing, and user analytics to drive continuous product improvement.
- Global & Cross-Cultural Experience: Experience working in international organizations with distributed teams. Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt product strategies for different markets while maintaining global consistency.
- User Experience Focus: Strong UX/UI sensibility with experience collaborating with design teams. Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to create compelling user experiences.
- Agile & Lean Methodologies: Expertise in Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and lean startup principles. Experience with product discovery techniques, experimentation, and iterative development approaches.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of B2B software business models, particularly SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise solutions. Experience with commercial packaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Technical background with business acumen or business background with strong technical understanding.
