Computer Vision ML Engineer

Computer vision has experimented fast-growing in the last years and thereby we are currently looking for a Computer Vision ML Engineer. The position can be based in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, La Coruña, among others), even if the geographical scope is Europe.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a ML Engineer specialized in Computer Vision to our team to take on the technical design and implementation in projects within the scope of our Computer Vision team inside the AoE of IA, working in initiatives for top-tier organizations.

We are looking for a professional who brings his knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence focused on computer vision with the following characteristics:

Must:

• Knowledge in traditional computer vision and image processing (edge detection, gradients, morphological operations, ...)
• Machine and Deep Learning (Transformers, Auto-Encoders / Decoder Networks, Residual Networks, CNNs, GANs)
• Proficiency in one or many: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX
• Hands on experience in production for computer vision projects.
• Experience in real-world vision data processing, data augmentation, labelling, fine-tuning, training.
• Experience working in one or many cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) specially working with computing resources (i.e. AWS EC2) and ML frameworks (Sagemaker, Vertex, Azure ML, Databricks).

It’s a plus:

• Deploying and scaling computer vision models and machine learning pipelines to cluster in the cloud or on-premises, e.g. using containers such as Docker, Kubernetes, ...
• Federated Learning, Quantization, LoRa, ...
• Experience with Cloud API Models invocation
• Experience in deploying models (endpoint creation and management)
• 3D Lidar photogrammetry
• Visual Odometry
• Satellite imaging
• Stream video processing
• Experience in deploying models on edge devices or embedded systems
• C++

What will you be accountable for?

Your responsibilities around our computer vision services will be focused on the following fields of action:

• Project execution: ensuring the achievement of technical milestones in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identifying resources needed to do so while ensuring proper management of time, risk and quality.
• Train, adapt and finetune CV models to solve business problems.
• Development of CI/CD pipelines leveraging model development industrialization.
• Collaborate and support development teams to integrate the models in different systems.
• Technical decision making.
