Position Title: HR Project Manager
Location: Romania (1 day a month in person to Sibiu)
Department: People & Culture (HR)
Reports To: Reward Director
Job Type: 6 months with possibility of extension
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for project managing two high-profile HR programs. The first is ensuring the smooth transition of employees, from the recent acquisition, onto one HRIS and payroll system, in time with the planned harmonisation of terms and conditions for employees in the 11 European countries involved. The second is the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive to ensure company comply in the impacted EU countries. The Project Manager will work across People & Culture to ensure all coordinate the various changes to systems, processes, policies and employee services are made in a timely and effective manner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HR processes, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to deliver the agreed outcomes.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Reward Director and the People Integration Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of employees and implementation of the EU Pay Transparency requirements.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the data transition and EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ensure that the employee consultation process runs smoothly
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the transition process.
Data Transfer
- Oversee the changes and the migration of employee data from HRIS into the new payroll systems timed against consultation outcomes
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all Data protection , ARD / TUPE regulations and legal requirements are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the transition process.
- Prepare and present regular transfer status reports and Pay Transparency Reports to senior management
Training and Support:
- Help Training team to develop and deliver training for employees on the new systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and managers during the transition.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in HR, Reward and data migration projects.
- Strong understanding of data protection TUPE / ARD regulations and HR processes (ADP & Cloudpay).
- Experience with change management and employee
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
