- BI Strategy & Leadership: Define and proactively execute the Business Intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and enabling data-driven decision-making across all business units
- Data Management: Oversee data collection, integration, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for management and key stakeholders
- Performance Analytics: Analyze business performance, identify trends, and generate recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Technology & Tools: Manage BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance reporting capabilities
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for strategic projects, business reviews, and executive presentations
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with proven experience in a leadership role
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in BI tools (esp. Tableau), SQL, and data modeling; experience with data warehouses and ETL processes
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is highly desirable
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
