Android Platform Developer

Assignment Description

We are seeking a passionate Android Platform Developer to design and build next-generation Android applications in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role requires strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset. You will develop scalable applications in Kotlin, perform testing, take full ownership of delivered solutions, collaborate with agile teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin.
• Ensure high-quality code and solutions through unit testing and automated integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with agile teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Take full ownership of your solutions, from development to deployment.
• Continuously improve and innovate within the Android platform development process.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience in software development or related technical roles.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Android development.
• Solid experience with Kotlin and familiarity with TradeFed.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Android Studio, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira, and Artifactory.
• Strong background in unit testing and automated integration testing.
• Practical experience in agile or Scrum-based workflows.
