As a Senior UX Designer at Ericsson, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our products and services. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs. What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final design delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance design operations and develop AI-powered user solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design decisions and improve product experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and AI-driven design.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, preferably in design agencies or innovative companies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across a range of projects and industries.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with AI technologies in the design process (e.g., AI-generated assets, data-driven design) or incorporating AI into user-facing solutions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and usability testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience designing for complex systems, such as enterprise, telecommunication platforms, and B2B services.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience with designing service blueprints for Software-as-a-Service solutions.
