Construction Area Project Coordinator (Large-Scale Project):
- The Project Coordinator (Construction Area) is the operational link for coordinating and optimizing processes across all construction disciplines.
- You will act as the backbone between area management, EPCM, and contractors, ensuring area-specific and integrated construction data is gathered, analyzed, and transformed into actionable insights to drive efficiency and performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of construction activities.
- Identify gaps and "white-spots" in project management.
- Prioritize and implement continuous improvement measures with area management.
- Coordinate interfaces between EPCM, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct data gathering, analysis (Excel, Power BI), and manage reporting structures/dashboards (Power BI).
- Handle stakeholder (area management, EPCM, contractors) and requirement management.
- Manage project tracking and performance monitoring.
Qualifications & Profile:
- Education: Degree in Engineering or comparable field.
- Experience: Min. 3 years in construction management, preferably on large-scale, fast-paced projects.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, expertise in Power BI and MS Excel, and excellent PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Mindset: Strong ownership, proactive approach, agile mindset, and ability to handle high pressure.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Conditions:
- Language: English
- Start/Duration: ASAP; min. 6 months with extension option.
- Scope: 5 man-days per week (Full-time).
- Location: Up to 1/3 home office, 2/3 Boden.
