Then you must be the right talent to join our Product team as Product Project Manager!

As Product Project Manager you will be responsible for leading novelties’ development and production from the marketing brief to the launch quantities production on a given portfolio.

In close collaboration with all Maison’s departments, you will work transversely to achieve your projects’ objectives on quality, costs and lead time.

You Will Make An Impact By

  • Managing novelties launches and estimating the development feasibility, budgets and planning
  • Providing product recommendations to fit marketing objectives and product insights from creation brief to design validation
  • Handling the whole process flow by creating and following global project planning, defining key milestones, and ensuring a close reporting on project KPIs
  • Coordinating product supply, operations, industrial & supply chain actors
  • Leading competition analysis (benchmark, suppliers survey, perceived value of products…)
  • Updating marketing & design teams on innovations and alternative solutions
  • Following product improvement along life cycle (quality, cost, lead time)
  • Monitoring products phase-out in collaboration with supply chain and industrial stakeholders

Your Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For

  • You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent
  • A previous experience in product development and industrialization is a strong asset
  • You hold a proven experience in project management
  • You are collaborative and a strong team player who is able to interact with multiple stakeholders across an international organization
  • A previous experience within the luxury industry would be a plus
  • You are proactive, innovative, curious, audacious and agile
  • Your natural leadership allows you to influence people in a decision-making process
  • You speak fluent French and very good English
