We are looking for a skilled, motivated Product Manager to work in our office located in Dudullu-Ümraniye Büdotek. If you're a passionate software professional, a self-starter, a good problem solver and have a history of success in challenging and fast-paced environments, you could be the ideal candidate for this position.

General Qualifications

• University degree at Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same domains
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skills
• Excellence knowledge of business methods and technologies about Business Analysis in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Agile methodology
• A good team player within critical thinking, negotiation skills
• Good planning and organizing abilities
• Highly effective time management and multitasking skills
• Understand API technologies
• Good knowledge of JIRA & Confluence
• Have prior Design experience. This is a plus
• Nice to have SaaS experience

Job Description

• To carry out detailed analysis studies with technical teams, to divide the main business scope into manageable parts
• Preparing mock-ups, diagrams, flowcharts, etc. and converting them to the user stories
• Analyzing technical needs and tracing all development processes, achieving time-to-market and quality while defining product map
• Analyzing new modules or features to be added to the products in use
• Partner with business stakeholders, QA teams and engineering teams to understand business and technical requirement
• Translate requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers, testers and product owners to ensure that product owner intent are effectively captured
• Help to identify, communicate and resolve issues with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Being able to understand the technical aspects of the needs, support technical requirements as well, working closely with development teams
• Advice on feasibility of the issue solving or requested improvements and changes
• Adding value to the organization by discovering new fields of improvement
• Following the sprint cycles
