Job Description:

• Provide special and privileged IT support to our bank's senior executives.
• Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues that executives may encounter in their business processes.
• Perform necessary maintenance and updates to ensure the continuity of IT infrastructure.
• Make recommendations regarding the integration of new technology products and manage implementation processes.
• Ensure the protection of user data by adhering to privacy and security principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Good level of English proficiency
• At least 5 years of experience in information technology, preferably having worked in the finance or banking sector and provided VIP support.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems; ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Advanced knowledge of MDM, Mobile Phone, and Operating Systems.
• Sccm Knownledge.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Developed time management skills with an analytical mindset.
• High problem-solving ability, open to innovations, and adaptability to teamwork.
• Experience in VIP support
• Possession of ITIL or Microsoft certifications.
