We're looking for a proactive Group Cyber Security Analyst in Poland or in the Philippines to help protect Testronic's global operations and digital assets (about 2000 people spread across 3 principal locations in EU, US and Asia). You'll play a key role in detecting, analyzing, and responding to security threats while supporting the delivery of our global Information Security Program.
This role suits someone hands-on, analytical, and passionate about cybersecurity — eager to learn, solve problems, and make an impact in a fast-moving, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Testronic's global Information Security Program.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents using SIEM and other security tools.
- Perform regular vulnerability scans and track remediation.
- Contribute to security awareness programs, alerts, and communications.
- Create and update operational documentation and security procedures.
- Prepare management reports and track security metrics.
- Assist with audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve security controls.
- Research new threats and industry trends to enhance our defenses.
- Support external assessments, reviews, and investigations when needed.
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel).
- Knowledge of EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Sophos, Trend Micro).
- Familiar with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys).
- Understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Awareness of incident response and risk management principles.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good written and spoken English (working language).
- Familiar with ISO 27001.
- Familiar with SharePoint.
