Country Manager, Poland - Crypto Exchange

We’re partnering with a leading global crypto exchange to hire a Country Manager for Poland. This is a unique opportunity to lead market expansion, drive user growth, and establish a strong local presence in one of Europe’s most exciting crypto markets.

The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, strategic leader with deep knowledge of the crypto or fintech ecosystem, strong marketing and business instincts, and a thorough understanding of the Italian regulatory landscape.

Fluency in Polish and English is essential, and prior experience in crypto is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and market share in Poland.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Lead localized campaigns and initiatives tailored to Polish users and market behavior.
• Regulatory & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Italian regulators, banks, payment providers, media, and key opinion leaders.
• Operational Oversight: Manage country-level operations including compliance, customer support, community engagement, and local events.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, emerging trends, and user insights to inform strategy and product localization.
• Brand Representation: Act as the local face of the company at events, conferences, and media engagements.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with global teams across product, marketing, compliance, and operations to align Italian initiatives with wider company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience within crypto
• Strong understanding of the Polish regulatory and financial environment, with experience engaging regulators or industry associations.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses or leading country operations.
• Established network in Poland across banks, payment providers, regulators, and key ecosystem partners.
• Experience in marketing, user acquisition, and community building.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, and digital financial innovation.
