We’re looking for a Product Designer who combines Figma mastery, UX/UI expertise, and CRM experience to help us build intuitive, conversion-driven, and beautiful product experiences for our users.Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for our SaaS products (CRM, dashboards, partner portals, and marketing tools).
• Build and maintain detailed Figma design systems, component libraries, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to refine UX flows.
• Map out complex CRM workflows and simplify data-heavy UI elements.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Continuously iterate on product designs based on analytics, feedback, and performance data.
• Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all digital platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product or UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.
• Strong Figma skills — including Auto Layout, prototyping, and component systems.
• Experience designing CRMs, dashboards, or workflow-heavy products.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and interaction design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly.
• Familiarity with agile product development cycles.
• Knowledge of front-end limitations and collaboration with developers (HTML/CSS understanding is a plus).
• Bonus: experience with AI tools, data visualization, or marketing automation platforms.
