We are a fast-growing Web3 startup building user-first solutions for crypto wallets, token platforms, and exchanges. Our mission is to simplify the user experience in a fragmented blockchain ecosystem. We work with some of the most innovative crypto projects and are looking for a UI/UX Designer who’s passionate about crafting intuitive digital experiences in the Web3 world.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for our products across web and mobile interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and crypto strategists to define user flows and wireframes based on technical and business requirements.
• Design intuitive, clean, and elegant interfaces for crypto wallet integrations, token dashboards, and DeFi utilities.
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to continuously iterate and improve UX.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and component design across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Web3 design, crypto UX best practices, and decentralized and centralised application usability.

🛠 Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with some exposure to Web3, fintech, or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, preferably including crypto or fintech platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and user psychology.
• Experience working with developers and product teams in agile environments.
• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto concepts like wallets, tokens, DEXs, staking, etc. is a big plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✅ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for blockchain or crypto-native platforms.
• Understanding of Web3 UX pain points (e.g., onboarding, wallet connectivity, gas fees).
• Motion design or interaction design skills (e.g., Lottie, Framer).
• Previous work in startups or fast-paced product environments.
