What You’ll Do

• Prototype and experiment with LLM-based architectures, including LangChain agents, retrieval systems, and custom pipelines.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to explore new AI-driven product concepts from idea to proof-of-concept.
• Work hands-on in Python, designing, iterating, and refining intelligent tools that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
• Challenge assumptions, propose improvements, and help shape the direction of our AI strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid Python development experience.
• Proven experience (or deep tinkering) with LLMs, LangChain, and related frameworks.
• A genuine fascination with artificial intelligence and how it can transform products and workflows.
• A problem-solving mindset — you love figuring things out and aren’t afraid to experiment or fail fast.
