We are Hiring: HR Assistant – HR Yard Operations

Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Lamprell is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our HR Yard Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a young professional looking to grow their career in Human Resources while supporting our dynamic yard-based workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with HR queries, documentation & grievance handling
- Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams
- Handle leave management, payroll coordination & records
- Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes
- Arrange vacation/demobilization tickets for employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry, based in the United Arab Emirates
- Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
- Good communication in English, Hindi, Malayalam preferred
