Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile trades between MT5, liquidity providers, and back-office systems.
• Creating user groups, editing user settings
• Investigate trade discrepancies and order rejections; resolve operational errors in real time.
• Work with dev/tech teams to improve automation and post-trade reporting flows.
• Assist in onboarding new strategies, traders, and algorithmic tools.
• Monitor trader activity and firm exposure in real-time across accounts and instruments.
• Analyze and manage market, liquidity, and operational risks.
• Detect and report toxic flow, latency arbitrage, or abnormal behavior.
• Generate PnL, margin utilization, drawdown, and exposure reports.
• Recommend or implement risk rules (leverage limits, stop-outs, lockouts)
• Managing profitable traders, and detecting high-risk trading behavior

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a trading, dealing desk, or risk-related role within a forex, crypto, or proprietary trading firm.
• Strong hands-on experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) admin tools (manager, administrator, plugins).
• Understanding of order execution models, liquidity routing, and market making.
• Familiarity with crypto markets, wallet transactions, stablecoins, and blockchain basics.
• Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, real-time trading environment.
