Project Manager (Remote)

About The Role

PaleBlue is looking for a Project Manager to join our team working on innovative 3D and VR simulators for clients such as NASA, the European Space Agency, and major international energy companies. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about leading software development projects from idea to delivery.

You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, bridging the gap between customer needs and development, ensuring that project goals are met on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects
• Manage and clarify project requirements
• Act as Scrum Master in a Scrum/Agile Development Team
• Ensure timely delivery and smooth team coordination
• Communicate with Product Management and customers
• Collaborate with local and remote internal/external teams and subcontractors
• Provide project reporting and updates
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Strong background in software development
• Proven experience with Scrum or Agile as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Experience working with distributed or international teams
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Russian or Norwegian is a plus, but not required
