We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer who would like to build client-side geolocation, and mapping applications. You will have previously worked on client-side applications and be confident with using React.
You'll be embedded in our Geospatial domain, the team responsible for GIS, geolocation, tracking, and mapping capabilities that power AtlasNXT. You will be responsible for transforming complex location data into actionable visual insights.
- Build interfaces that scale globally – Implement and maintain React applications for mapping, tracking, and visualising geolocation-based data and graphical charts
- Solve complex problems – Tackle complex technical challenges in real-time data visualisation, interactive mapping, and performance optimisation
- Shape the roadmap – Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to plan and execute quarterly initiatives
- Elevate the team – Provide your technical expertise through code reviews, architectural discussions, and engineering best practise
- Strong React/Next.js skills with proven experience building robust client-side applications at scale
- A degree in Computer Science (or similar)
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals—you write clean, maintainable code
- Experience crafting intuitive user interfaces for complex data visualisation
- Bonus: Experience with mapping libraries, geospatial data, or data-heavy applications
Based near Farringdon station - 1-2 days per week in the office (the rest is up to you)
