The Role
We are looking for Graduate Software Engineers to join our growing business. Over the years we have built a reputation like no other; creating great software through a culture of engineering excellence, curiosity and continuous learning.
As a Graduate, you will be very much a part of this. Writing code on a daily basis and learning what it takes to be an exceptional software engineer. Your development is important to us and as such, you will be supported every step of the way through attending conferences, in-house training and mentoring from our team of experts.
This position will suit Engineers graduating in 2026, or those who have already graduated and are looking for the next step.

This role requires regular in office attendance. Therefore, candidates should be located in Northern Ireland.

- Learn and adopt the skills to become a confident, independent software engineer
- Work across a range of front and backend technologies (Java, C#, Typescript, React, AWS etc) in a highly supportive work environment
- Research and evaluate new technologies that could improve the quality of our software
- Engage with your team members to create a fun and energetic place to work and learn
- A computer science or software engineering related degree, 2.1 or higher or equivalent experience
- A keen eye for detail and quality which should be reflected in your outputs
- Experience in Java, C#, Typescript, React, AWS or similar high level programming language.
- An ability to program and solve basic programming challenges
- A deep curiosity about programming and software in general
- Excellent academic qualifications and communication skills, written and verbal
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK (please note we do not provide sponsorship and do not hold a Sponsorship licence).
- Evidence of contribution to a personal or open source project
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- An understanding of developer tooling (IntelliJ, Git, etc), testing and clean code
