🚀 What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Ownership: Build foundational systems, contribute to architectural decisions, ensure scalability and reliability, and continuously iterate.
• High-Velocity Development: Write clean, maintainable code and lead by example. Participate in rapid code review cycles and multiple daily deployments.
• Proactive Contributor: Identify opportunities to enhance performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Mentorship & Growth: Guide junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions. Promote a learning culture.
• Collaborative Decision-Making: Balance speed and technical quality while making impactful engineering choices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, customer success, and product leaders to deliver key features that delight customers.
• Problem Solving: Tackle and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery.

💡 What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 2 years in SaaS web applications.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), plus strong understanding of state management and component libraries.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs and a solid grasp of backend systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong customer empathy — able to translate high-level requirements into impactful solutions.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset — works effectively across teams to build high-quality, scalable products.
