π What Youβll Do
- End-to-End Ownership: Build foundational systems, contribute to architectural decisions, ensure scalability and reliability, and continuously iterate.
- High-Velocity Development: Write clean, maintainable code and lead by example. Participate in rapid code review cycles and multiple daily deployments.
- Proactive Contributor: Identify opportunities to enhance performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Mentorship & Growth: Guide junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions. Promote a learning culture.
- Collaborative Decision-Making: Balance speed and technical quality while making impactful engineering choices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, customer success, and product leaders to deliver key features that delight customers.
- Problem Solving: Tackle and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery.
π‘ What Youβll Bring
- 3β5 years of experience in frontend engineering, with at least 2 years in SaaS web applications.
- Proficiency with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), plus strong understanding of state management and component libraries.
- Experience working with GraphQL APIs and a solid grasp of backend systems.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Strong customer empathy β able to translate high-level requirements into impactful solutions.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborative mindset β works effectively across teams to build high-quality, scalable products.
