What You’ll Do:

• Develop and enhance Android features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and reactive programming, following modern design and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional code quality.
• Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and trends in mobile development.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Partner with cross-platform teams (iOS, Web, APIs) to ensure seamless experiences across the ecosystem.
• Lead by example—drive best practices, process improvements, and high standards for clean, maintainable code.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience (with 2+ years in Android development).
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and modern app architecture.
