Avanciers is hiring DevOps Engineer/Consultant at Toronto,ON for one of our Fortune 500 client. This is a Full Time role with the client. Benefits will be covered by the Client.

Experience

8-12 Years

Skills & Experience:

Minimal 5 years of experience in configuring and supporting CI/CD Pipelines.

Minimum 5+ years of experience working on Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).

Expertise in creating fully automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Jenkins and MS Build.

Solution architecture, IaC, Cloud platform (GCP), Terraform, Docker, programming (python)

Experience > 2 years in cloud platform engineering.

Infrastructure management lifecycle

Facilitate cross team collaboration.

Contribute to technical changes & incident solving.

Good knowledge and experience on DevOps Tools like Jenkins, Terraform, SonarQube, Bitbucket, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, Ansible, Azure DevOps

Good knowledge and experience in Containerization and Orchestration using Docker & Kubernetes

Primary responsibilities

Enable Cloudflare Proxy for existing application*

Linux OS patching for VM servers*

GCP and AWS network log forwarding setup to SOC monitoring system

Configure infrastructure for AGS.

Contribute to the design of an auth solution making use of IAP and BigQuery RLS

Document deployed solutions through architecture diagrams

Setup CI/CD on GitHub/GCP and adapt to teams need.

Design, implement full-stack DevOps pipelines. Lead tool evaluations, competitive analysis working closely with the IT & business teams to align with business goals.

Creating Repository, Branches tags operation in Git Administration version control system

Creating CI/CD pipelines by using continuous integration tool Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub, Continuous pre and post build actions as per project requirement.
