About the position:

Wildcraft is growing quickly and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator to help bring our brand’s creative vision to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on creating and executing beautiful, engaging content at a fast pace.

We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable designing packaging or a website banner as they are shooting and editing a TikTok or Instagram Reel. You should have a strong foundation in design principles, a sharp eye for detail, and the technical know-how to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively. From polished static visuals to compelling video content, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality creative that makes an impact across every channel.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team and report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, turning direction into polished final assets that reflect Wildcraft’s identity and connect with our community. This is a role for a creative who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and full of fresh ideas: someone who loves collaborating, isn’t afraid to jump in, and enjoys experimenting with new tools and formats.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on-site at our West End Toronto studio.

What you will do:

  • Create vibrant website assets such as homepage banners, product photography, promo graphics, and videos that support campaigns and educate customers.
  • Design thoughtful, on-brand creative for email campaigns, flows, and templates that stand out on both desktop and mobile.
  • Contribute to print and packaging design projects, from product labels and boxes to shipping collateral, ensuring every detail feels polished and on-brand.
  • Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content from start to finish for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that brings our products and story to life.
  • Craft scroll-stopping video ads for paid social that blend bold visuals with clear performance goals.
  • Learn how to set up and optimize ad campaigns in Meta with guidance from the marketing team, building your skills while contributing to campaign creative.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to transform creative direction into final designs and content across all channels.
  • Keep our visual identity cohesive while finding fun, fresh ways to evolve the look and feel of the brand.
  • Manage multiple projects at once with creativity, speed, and precision, adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities and fast-moving timelines.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • A strong foundation in design including colour theory, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to apply them thoughtfully to create engaging, effective designs.
  • Hands-on experience designing for both digital and physical formats, including print collateral and packaging.
  • Confidence capturing and editing photo and video content for social media, ads, and digital campaigns from start to finish.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms that allow you to move quickly.
  • Experience creating email campaigns and flows using Klaviyo or a similar platform.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing polished, high-quality work every time.
  • A strong eye for consistency and a drive to elevate the brand’s look and feel across all channels.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with openness to feedback and the ability to execute direction with precision.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, experiment, and bring new creative ideas to the table.

Bonus points:

  • Comfortable capturing and editing lifestyle photography that feels natural and on-brand.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to test new ideas and tools.
  • A genuine love for natural skincare, wellness, and helping people feel good in their own skin.

What we offer:

  • Full benefits package
  • Flexible work hours and hybrid work environment
  • Casual, comfortable dress code
  • Fun team events and a collaborative culture
  • Summer hours to help you enjoy more sunshine
  • Employee discount on all Wildcraft products
