The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA), through its Population Health Department, is transitioning its CervixCheck Program to HPV Primary Screening and Self-Sampling, aiming to modernize cervical cancer screening across the province.
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead this province-wide, multi-stakeholder healthcare transformation initiative. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination across clinical, laboratory, IT, and community engagement streams to drive readiness and timely implementation through 2026-2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration of project activities across SCA, SHA (Saskatchewan Health Authority), eHealth, and Ministry of Health.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap and risk register.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring follow-up and accountability.
- Maintain and present regular performance metrics and executive status reports.
- Support organizational readiness through structured change management.
- Develop charters, plans, and documentation where necessary.
- Ensure consistent intercity engagement between Saskatoon and Regina teams.
