Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fullstack features using TypeScript, Next.js, and Fastify
- Collaborate with the lead developer to design and implement scalable solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Ensure adherence to best practices in security and data privacy, especially within the healthcare context
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively within a remote team environment
- Proven experience with fullstack TypeScript development
- Strong proficiency in Next.js and Fastify frameworks
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture
- Familiarity with database integration and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
- Availability to commit to a single project with potential for follow-up work
