Our Global Security team is seeking a Regional Security Director to join our team in Singapore. In this position, you will work with a high-impact, cross-functional team to protect our people, assets, and operations. You’ll bring strategic insight and operational excellence to help drive security compliance, risk mitigation, and crisis readiness across the region.

What you’ll do

• Ensure security policy compliance across regional sites and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor threats and risks using intelligence tools and local networks.
• Develop and maintain physical security plans and emergency procedures.
• Oversee security systems, including surveillance, access control, and alarms.
• Lead security training and mentor country-level security contacts.
• Respond to incidents, manage crises, and liaise with local authorities.

About you

• An experienced security professional with strong regional knowledge and a wide network.
• Skilled in security management, risk, investigations, and physical security systems.
• Confident working with senior leaders and comfortable in multicultural environments.
• A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Able to travel up to 30% and work independently with high emotional intelligence.
