- Facilitate communication, tracking, and reporting to keep the product team aligned on priorities and make steady progress.
- Work with the local product team, regional product team, and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, analyze, and assist in the Price Competitiveness projects to maintain Shopee's market positioning of offering low prices.
- Maintain and update knowledge base, including templates, SOPs, guidelines, best practices, training materials and other important documents for Price Competitiveness projects.
- Surface issues with Price Competitiveness features by reviewing bad cases, analyzing user behaviour data, and collecting product feedback.
- Work with Product Managers by using data to understand local customer behaviour and performance of features; be data-driven in estimating size of impact and determining prioritisation.
- Gather business insights and analyze local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance.
- Data Labelling QA in local languages for model training purposes, organize training with local agents and improve the accuracy and productivity of local agents.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia as this role will be working on tasks related to the Indonesian market.
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
- Data-driven, strong ability in analysing data to derive insights and optimise business processes.
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet; Proficient in SQL or Python and other data analysis tools.
- Interns who are able to commit longer are preferred (3-6 months).
