This role requires a deep understanding of AAA game design, modern FPS or 3D action titles, and strong proficiency with Unreal Engine. You will contribute to shaping the creative vision of projects from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality gameplay experiences. - Mentor and train junior designers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
- Uphold design and departmental standards while serving as a positive influence on the team
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high-quality game development
- Stay informed about industry trends and modern AAA game design principles to inform content development
- Minimum of 2 shipped AAA titles in a design role or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Unreal Engine, ideally on FPS or 3D action games
- Strong understanding of modern AAA action games and production pipelines
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering a positive team environment
