Position Summary

Drive and support a wide range of operational initiatives with a focus on project management, client implementations, and service delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional programs, coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Your work will streamline operations, improve customer outcomes, and fuel continuous improvement.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning client implementations, service delivery, process improvements, tooling, and strategic initiatives.
  • Own execution: build plans/timelines, resource & budget views, RAID logs; manage scope/dependencies; clear blockers quickly.
  • Partner across teams: operations, engineering, product, sales, support, and leadership from plan → launch → steady state.
  • Risk & change management: surface issues early, drive mitigations, and keep stakeholders aligned with crisp, regular updates.
  • Optimize processes: document current state, pilot improvements, and scale what works for efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Operational reporting: produce dashboards and exec/Board briefs on KPIs (delivery health, cycle time, adoption, quality).
  • Drive accountability: run cadenced check-ins, status, and performance tracking against objectives.
  • Enable culture & engagement: coordinate internal programs that advance strategic goals and team cohesion.


Compliance, Security & Confidentiality (Healthcare Environment)

  • Handle data using least-necessary principles; follow approved channels for data movement.
  • Use minimal identifiers (e.g., transaction IDs); escalate to limited PHI only when required to resolve an issue.
  • Treat security as everyone’s job—flag and report anything suspicious or out of policy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project/program management within operations, delivery, or implementations.
  • Classically trained PM (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) and/or Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and hit deadlines.
  • Proficiency with PM tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and data-driven reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication.
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills; working knowledge of technical/procedural workflows.
  • Healthcare/dental industry experience a plus (HIPAA/PHI familiarity).
