Practical Information:

Location: Qatar | Team Size: 6 | Reports to: Services Delivery Manager | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional level Arabic and English, written and spoken| Work arrangement: Hybrid 

As our new Project Manager, you will take ownership of managing billable projects, with a focus on Cloud Services. You will lead project execution using a variety of methodologies, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery for our customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across a diverse range of scopes and durations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build solid client relationships by managing expectations, documenting key project learnings, and supporting customer visits when required
  • Oversee project scope and address out-of-scope requests with transparency and alignment
  • Align schedules, task lists, and communications between customers and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution and outstanding results
  • Proactively manage risks by maintaining a clear register and escalating issues to keep projects on track
  • Drive project delivery within budget and meet profitability targets in line with company standards

Your Competencies:

  • 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on infrastructure (cloud and on-premises) and software development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, applying methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Lean, and Waterfall to deliver successful results
  • Effective stakeholder management to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth project execution

  • You have solid commercial awareness, attention to detail, and handle challenging situations with confidence
  • You are a clear communicator with great presentation skills and ability to manage time and priorities independently
  • You are a collaborative problem solver who supports and motivates others
