- Lead cross-functional projects in close collaboration with various functions and country teams
- Develop and mentor the Performance team, fostering their skills and promoting greater autonomy
- Design, development, and maintenance of ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions
- Perform deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership
- Identify, develop & optimize growth channels to drive revenues growth
- Analyse marketing/ Sales data and users’ feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decision making future marketing strategies
- Experim. This ent new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channels
- Provide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activities
- Work closely across teams to share ideas, feedback & present result
- Leverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicity
- Establish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible (this is based on resources and MIS we have)
- Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders
- Strong cross group collaborator: ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to present the project finding to leaders and stakeholders from across the organization
- Thorough understanding of data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong analytical background with hands on experience

- Proficiency and demonstrated experience in: SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau

This role will help drive strategic projects and generate insights for the business. The individual will be responsible for managing the performance team, managing analytical and reporting projects to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business, designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
Analysing marketing & sales data and creating reports, ad hoc requests, presentations, analyses, dashboards, etc. in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
