About the Role:
The role is for the Speed Planning team for Myntra. The objective of the team is to develop process & deploy strategies from an inv standpoint across Myntra’s network to enable the best speed for the Myntra customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Mirroring : Own the daily placement/ inventory mirroring processes for on hand stock based on knowledge of demand patterns, Space management and instock metrics for all nodes - Deep FCs and Forward DC’s for Myntra
- Productisation : Develop models/ product to estimate the SKU demand at a node level, work with product/ data science teams to put this into action
- Space Planning : Plan/ allocate central resources like space across article types across seasons taking into account different business and seasonality. Develop long range plans, keeping the various factors like growth, asset expansion and speed ambitions into account
- New Initiatives : Lead the identification of new initiatives to cater to evolving speed design. Ensure right design at a node level taking into account category nuance
- Cross - functional collaboration : The role will rely heavily on cross-functional teams. The candidate needs to develop deep understanding and liaise with multiple stakeholders of the Speed operations, planning, category operations & sales operations to identify gaps & develop operationally efficient solutions for the same
Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with e-commerce/ quick commerce, supply chain management or operations
- Good analytical & problem solving skills with attention to detail ; ability to make data-backed decisions
- Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment with limited oversight
- Ability to work with cross-functional leaders/ C-suite leaders and influence/rally/align them towards a common org/business goal
- Strong verbal & written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office & SQL
