Job Summary -

A Product Designer Intern with self driven motivation and enthusiasm to learn and grow is what we are looking for to join our team. We constantly try to innovate solutions through designs by collaborating with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization, hence you need to be more collaborative to bounce off your ideas and to demonstrate your thought process!

Job Responsibilities-

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to work towards the requirements and design solutions.
• Understand the problem statements with clarity, empathize user, brainstorm, and design the best solutions for the product.
• Proficiency in delivering designs by creating wireframes, prototypes, Low & High fidelity mockups.
• Basic understanding of user research methodologies (Primary & Secondary), Interaction design, Visual design principles, etc.
• Translation of research insights into design concepts that are viable, desirable and feasible.
• Proficiency in design software's like Figma and Adobe (Illustration, Photoshop, XD, After Effects).
• Ability to manage own projects, Sprint timelines, deadlines and deliverables

• Experience with design Software's and tools in particular with Figma.
• Strong communication skills.
• Active listening and empathetic to users.
• Ability to work in an agile and result oriented environment
