You’ll take ownership of end-to-end design across mobile and web, crafting elegant, accessible experiences that make complex systems feel effortless. Working closely with engineers and product teams, you’ll turn insights into impactful designs and help scale a cohesive design system across multiple brands.

What you’ll do

  • Lead UX/UI design across multiple product areas, from concept to delivery
  • Create high-quality artefacts - journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth handover and implementation
  • Use research, analytics, and testing to inform design decisions
  • Translate user insights into clear, usable, and inclusive design solutions
  • Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to validate design hypotheses
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG standards)
  • Share best practice and help drive innovation within the design team

Core skills & experience

  • 4+ years’ experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI execution
  • Experience designing for complex or data-rich environments
  • Advanced Figma skills and familiarity with modern prototyping tools
  • Comfortable working with user research, testing, and data-driven design
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or fintech sectors
  • Familiarity with design systems at scale
  • Knowledge of front-end development constraints and opportunities

Benefits

  • Hybrid working (2 days a week in London, near London Bridge)
  • 25 days annual leave, plus one extra day each year (up to 30)
  • Private medical and dental insurance (Vitality)
  • Free Fitness First gym membership
