Chief Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement planning activities for data product deployment
• Create a standardized launch strategy for new data solutions
• Produce training materials and documentation for DxPA stakeholders
• Define, support, and suggest enhancements to project and product request workflows
• Assist with capacity planning and monitor project progress
• Ensure visibility of ongoing work by managing taskflow organization
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders on status and process details
• Assess current SDLC processes, detect gaps, and recommend improvement plans
• Support teams in complying with enhanced SDLC procedures
• Respond to inquiries related to project metrics and program oversight
• Execute data extraction using SQL to fulfill leadership information needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in communication management and process definition
• Experience managing documents and aligning priorities
• Familiarity with program management and performance metrics
• Ability to perform data analytics with SQL
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in evaluating and improving SDLC processes
• Attention to detail with robust documentation ability
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Looker for data visualization
• Experience engaging with DxPA stakeholders
• Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP
• Understanding of capacity planning techniques
• Background in data product rollout methodologies
