Full Stack Engineer – Healthcare Web App

Join a dynamic project developing a fullstack web application for the healthcare sector. This remote contract role involves collaborating closely with an experienced lead developer and a small, established development agency. The project leverages modern TypeScript technologies, specifically Next.js for the frontend and Fastify for the backend, to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack features using TypeScript, Next.js, and Fastify
• Collaborate with the lead developer to design and implement scalable solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security and data privacy, especially within the healthcare context
